Getting To Know You
The TeamWorx Icebreakers are corporate team building activities that can be delivered in about 30 minutes. The focus of Icebreakers and the team building activities is to get people interacting, networking, and getting to know each other better. Attendees are also energized and refreshed as they participate in the team building exercises before or after meetings. Trivia Competition
Teammates get to know each other better trying to answer questions correctly and faster then the other teams. Powered by bright and brilliant Samsung Tablets , the program combines a nice variety of questions that inspire people to interact and help to get to know each other better. Add your own questions to test their knowledge! Fun, customizable, video questions, real time scoring*, and more. Immediate setup in any ballroom configuration.
Robot Wars
Teams crack the design code and build a Robot Rover Vehicle from a circuit board and a host of snap-together electronic parts. Once assembled, each person will have a chance to guide the remote control vehicle through an obstacle course in as little time as possible. One of our most popular Icebreakers!
LinkiT
The most creative networking program we have ever developed. Highly unique and engaging – both easy to play and endlessly intriguing. Each person receives one 8 x 11 color tile with a highly unique image. There are 31 di erent and very unique tiles that are also related (2 examples shown left). The tiles can be linked together in a string of 31, and the tiles can be linked together in any number of smaller combinations. This event will inspire creative dialogue between people allowing them to get to know each other in interesting ways, rather than a stifled Q&A type format. In addition, the “Ah-Ha” that comes as the group solves the connections will leave a lasting impression.
Trading Cards
Each person is given an 8 x 11 Sports Trading Card with a player and an incomplete statistics roster. The goal is for each person to fill in the missing numbers on the stat roster by finding all of their teammates. First team to have every player complete their entire stat sheet wins! People will have a great time interacting and looking for their teammates. Keep the cards as keepsakes for an extra $10 per person. A perfect selection for the sports enthusiasts, but fun for all!
Values
Values is an interactive exploration of personal values, and the shared values of the team. It is easy and yet thought provoking, a powerful and e ective use of time for your group. Each person uses TeamWorx values cards to prioritize their own values. This process forces people to think hard and make di cult decisions and to sharpen both their understanding of what is truly important, and the message they send to others. The group then must create shared values through an interactive TeamWorx process. This activity is the first thing we do in our Leadership training courses, and is an excellent complement to meetings or conferences focusing on leadership or integrity, and it is a very unique and powerful way for people to get to know each other better in a meaningful way.
The Code Hunt
A quick and entertaining team building activity for those that need a breath of fresh air between conference sessions. In the game, participants are challenged to find codes that are hidden inside and outside the meeting venue. Each code is entered into bright and brilliant Samsung Tablets triggering a trivia question or brain teaser for the team to solve. The more codes you find, the greater the chance of solving more questions and beating your colleagues.
Map Building
Teammates get to know each other better through a fun and interactive puzzle building activity. Start with an oversized puzzle map of the United States. Teams try to win by finishing the puzzle first. Every team gets a second chance as we graduate to a puzzle map of the world in a second fast paced competition.
Puzzle Kits
Teammates get to know each other better by trying to solve fun and interactive mental puzzles. Teach people how to problem solve better and be more creative while also igniting interaction and fun. Puzzles are chosen to help teams practice the three basic problem solving techniques discussed in The Seven Steps to Dynamic Discourse, and to complement a variety of problem solving strengths. A great complement to any meeting or confernece focusing on innovation, thinking “out-of-the-box”, problem solving, or creative thinking. Also works great as a new and innovative way to inspire interaction between participants and create conversation long after the event.
MagicBlocks & MatchRight
Discover up to 6 possible paintings in 5 minutes or less by configuring and arranging the 12 Magic Blocks to create a correct picture. Fun and engaging with a wow factor as the pictures begin to materialize and teams have success! Match as many pairs as possible of identical pictures from this famous artist. Take turns trying to match pictures as you turnover two at a time. Your entire team will be engaged trying to memorize where each painting is located, and yelling out in time to help out!
