It is always prudent to make sure you don't compromise your event by forcing the meeting theme. Participants will remember what they actually did and how they felt much more than how the event related to the meeting theme. It's great when the two can coincide, and better to error on the side of an entertaining event

Meeting Schedule

Many decisions are limited by the venue and time you have available.

Do you have ballroom space? Is there an outdoor area available for your event? Would you like participants to interact and see the city, town, resort, or natural area they are visiting in a fun, interactive and creative way? Do you have all day or maybe only an hour? These are all important questions when determining the perfect team building experience.

Time: Our experience is that most corporate participants enjoy programs that last about 2-3 hours. If you have specific outcomes you would like to accomplish that go deeper than getting to know each better and motivation, you may want to consider a longer program. All of our programs can be modified to fit a wide range of time requirements. If you love a specific program but it does not appear to fit your time schedule, ask about how we can modify it to fit your needs.

Ballroom: All of our business team work programs can be run inside a ballroom. Depending on your desired outcome, the ballroom generally makes for the easiest and most efficient group experience. Participants are generally more focused and less distracted inside, and options for décor to enhance the experience are much greater. Inside programs also eliminate concerns regarding weather.

Interact with your environment: Corporate team work programs like the Amazing Adventure Race and Urban Adventure are great ways for participants to see the surrounding area, learn interesting and insightful trivia about the area, and have an incredible and memorable experience together.

Outdoor Programs: Most meetings take place in spectacular settings, and getting participants out of the meeting room for a breath of fresh air is always appreciated. The Island is a great program for almost any outdoor setting because it is a high energy, motivational type of event. It has a Survivor/tropical type theme and is perfect on the beach or near the ocean as well.
