All of our programs come complete with everything you need for success; however, even greatness can be improved with matching team gear and a powerful slide show.

(3) Program Agreement

Your event is reserved with a program agreement. Our agreements are simple one-page commitments. Participant waivers are not required. Once an agreement is signed, and a 50% deposit is paid, your event is guaranteed.

If you know the dates you would like to reserve a program but do not yet know your final venue, you can still reserve the event! We can work with you to choose the ideal location for your event.

(5) Reserve Audio Visual System

Our prices do not include audio/visual equipment. Programs delivered onsite at hotels, resorts, and conference centers usually require a sound system with wireless mic, input for iPod, and speakers. Slide shows after the event require an LCD projector, screen, and appropriate venue. We are happy to arrange the appropriate equipment for your program through your in-house contact.

TeamWorx delivers programs anywhere in the United States with no travel charges* if the program is booked at least 30 days in advance. After 30 days we charge you for additional travel charges. We work to minimize or eliminate additional charges, but we cannot guarantee no additional charges if you reserve your program less than 30 days from the event date.

*Lodging not included. Depending on program and size of group lodging will range from a minimum of 1 room for 2 nights to a maximum of 2 rooms for 3 nights.
