When we have our offsite meetings we always include an event that tries to include everyone with the goal of teambuilding. Sometimes these events are split out because of many reasons and become events like golf and mountain biking and, whatever - and it doesn't fully bring the group together. Last week's event in Yosemite did what we wanted - it brought our group together under one common event, and the competitive aspect added to the group fun. The venue, the quizzes, the casualness of it was a great break from business. The event added to our team's foundation of working together and brought us closer to our clients. Great job.
